D-Block & S-te-Fan Main Stage

D-Block & S-te-Fan, known for their “Melody & Bass”, gained their succes with hitreleases like ”Keep it coming” and “Ride with uz”. They performed on Qlimax, DefQon and all other major events in Holland.
These two brothers known for their massive productions are responsible for a fast growing popularity of hardstyle music. In less than two years they became one of Holland’s leading hardstyle/trance producers & DJs.
It all started out as a hobby, and their passion for the music became bigger and bigger. After the first successful Showtek release:’Save the Day’ which scored more then twenty compilations CDs, they immediately established their name in the dance scene. The follow up ‘Controller’ turned out to be one of everyone’s favourite hardstyle track, and Showtek became more and more popular.
Later they released their records in co-operation with ID&T. This was a step forwards in the career for the two guys. So in March 2003 their latest record ‘Seid Ihr Bereid’ was released on the Q-Dance/ID&T label. Again a pounding track and on every DJ’s playlist.
The two brothers are booked on big events and clubs all over the country (Shockers, Qlubtempo, Hardbass Extreme, Loudness), and they have a monthly residency in their hometown, which is a great success. But they are not only spinning records… They also have a blasting live act. With this special live act they found a way to separate themselves from the other hardstylers.
Besides their great teamwork as Showtek, they also have their own solo projects. The youngest brother, DJ Duro produced his first record ‘Again’, and released it on Marcel Woods’ Label: Rytmic records. After this track he released one of the most successful hardstyle records of the year called ‘Just Begun’ (Scantraxx). Played by every Hardstyle DJ in Europe. Even Lady Dana called it her favourite track. His new release will be a track produced together with the Prophet.
The oldest brother Walt, is a full time producer since December 2001 and in a short time he developed into an all-round producer with an international sound. His first solo tracks Exciter and Contact (Walt vs. Zero- Gi) were released on the German ‘Blutonium’ label. Later he produced the record called ‘Endless’ together with Pascal Feliz. This track was a real success and was released in Holland, Germany and Belgium. In February 2003 Walt’s solo project, was released on the Carnal/Purple Eye Label.
Other projects of Walt are Methods of Mayhem (together with Marcel Woods), Southstylers (together with DJ Zany), and Woody Rivers. To see the whole list of records Walt has produced check his discography.
